It is a priority that we are mindful of the impact our work may have on the environment.

As a company we commit to limiting waste and avoiding printed materials where possible. All contracts, agreements, and client communications are sent electronically (and signed electronically). All mood boards and client briefs are produced electronically, we avoid creating or printing anything that may only have a single use.

As a business we engage with our clients about their views on sustainability.  For a simple one room project this could be utilising existing furniture in the room by changing the upholstery or using furniture from a different room.  For a larger house build this could be looking at the whole build; use of materials, maximising natural light, alternative heat sources, investing in a smart home, using ethically produced materials or eco-friendly paint only.  We encourage the re-use of furniture and repurposing, not only for sustainability reasons but well-loved pieces of furniture often enhance a home.
